The amount of credit consumers have access to is increasing. "The average British adult owns three credit cards with a total credit limit of approximately £10,000 available to them across these". Worryingly the increased cost of living could increase the volume of people utilising their credit lines and those falling into financial difficulty.

What I do in Digital, Marketing and Finance
I have worked in Digital and Marketing within the financial services industry for the past 10 years. I believe digital marketing should be measured by acquisition, conversion and retention. I don’t believe in just driving unnecessary metrics or delivering projects of little value. Over the years i have developed customer acquisition channels, increased conversion rates throughout the customer journey and developed strategies to retain existing customers.
Analysing current marketing activities, customer journey and data insights is the crucial first step. Once I build an understanding of the current situation I then move onto a strategic development stage. Only after developing a strategic plan for the desired results will I consider tactical solutions such as website redesign, paid and social media, content marketing, SEO and conversion rate optimisation.
